Theatre as Intercultural Dialogue?: Migration, Interculturalism and Theatre in Europe Today

A panel that will be facilitated by Charlotte McIvor.  These companies will be in residence with me at the O’Donoghue for two days prior for an intensive practice-sharing exchange closed to core participants only.  Introduced by Professor Anne Scott, Vice-President for Equality & Diversity. This panel gathers practitioners from four of Europe’s leading intercultural theatre companies to discuss the role of performance as an intervening force in ongoing debates about migration, minority representation and cultural diversity in the European Union and beyond.
