The Prize will be presented by Prof. Michael Clinton (Gwynned Mercy College, Penn.),
Peace History Society Board Member.
An informal reception with refreshments will follow brief speeches at 5.00 pm.

The Scott Bills Memorial Prize remembers American diplomatic historian and alumnus of Kent State University Scott Bills (1948-2001).
