On the 77th anniversary of the broadcast of Orson Welles’ classic adaptation of War of the Worlds, we’ll listen to the broadcast, watch material from contemporary media pranksters The Yes Men, and discuss a range of related issues, from media hoaxes to message framing in social activism.
