SUMMARY:The Art of Travel\, Early modern theory\, advice and critique
DESCRIPTION:The Art of Travel \nEarly modern theory\, advice and critique \n9-10 October 2009 \nSeminar Room 203 \nMoore Institute for Research in the Humanities and Social Sciences \nNational University of Ireland\, Galway \nThis international conference will discuss the importance of early modern advice on travel known as the ars apodemica (art of travel).
