Her book Visual Culture and Arctic Voyages was published by Cambridge University Press (2022). It investigates the nature of the on-board visual culture of the nineteenth-century Arctic\, presenting a compelling challenge to the ‘man-versus-nature’ trope that still reverberates in polar imaginaries today.
