Introducing web-based maps for research data visualisation – Digital Scholars Workshop Series

This hour-long session will introduce some key aspects of visualising your research data using web-based maps. You will have the opportunity to get hands-on and follow along with a demonstration of how to create your own simple web-based map, using an online service.
About the speaker
David Kelly is Digital Humanities Manager at the Moore Institute. He works on digital projects with researchers from humanities and social sciences, including those involving data visualisation, database development, social annotation, digital edition development and network analysis.
